Some interior lights not working

For quite some time some of my interior lights have not worked. The gauge cluster works fine, but the lights that illuminate the HVAC controls, the PRND indicator, and the driver side door switch bulb. The passenger side works. Are these all on a common circuit? What does that wire look like?

Thanks in advance

i'm betting the bulbs are burnt out. can't remember the size but the door panel light is smaller than a 194 and is a wedge style bulb. the others may be 194's.

how do you get the bulbs out of the connector? I found that the bulb on my gear selector is definitely burned out but I cant remove it. I took the gray plastic clip off but I'm unable to separate the black holder from the bulb. Its already separated from the selector window.

if its not pulling straight out its cause gm decided to bend the leads up around the outside of the socket and solder them to the contacts. use needle nose pliers to brake it free. had to do that for all of the instrument bulbs when i went to leds. just do the same thing when you install the new one and obviously test it to ensure you have proper contact

I replaced the bulbs and they work great. I had to break one of the bulbs to get it out though as its impossible to grip the bulb with pliers. The HVAC and center console bulbs are 74 bulbs, not 194s. 194s are sidemarker bulbs.

Thanks everyone.
