WTB: cheap 3rd gen
I'm looking around for a cheap 3rd gen:
Camaro or Firebird - '85-'92
Preferably $2000 or less, $3,000 max
Must be in decent condition (no major accidents, no serious mechanical work needed, etc.)
Preferably less than 100,000 miles
Must be an 8-cyl car, I don't mind if it's TBI/TPI
If it's a 305, I'd prefer a 5-spd
I'd also like a T-top car
I figured I'd put everything I wanted into a nice little list 8)
if anyone is selling, or knows someone who is selling a car that fits these criteria, let me know.

I know this is not exactly what you are looking for but I figured I would throw it up here anyway. I have a 1992 RS Camaro. It won't be ready for sale for about 2-3 weeks but it is a sharp car. Here are some of the details....
-3.1 Liter V6 with Auto Trans with 136K on the odometer
-Its a Teal Hardtop with Teal 5 Spoke Rims. There is absoloutely no rust on the body and for its age the car is exceptionally straight. After close inspection of the car I can't find any evidence of it being in a wreck. The paint was peeling in a few spots on the roof but they have been sanded and primered. Has an excellent set of aero gfx.
-Interior is in good shape. I just picked up a new headliner and sail panels that I will drop in this weekend.
-Aftermarket CD player, cruise, and power locks. Hatch pull down, lights and wipers all work perfect.
-When I finish the car I will probably let it go for under 2k (unless I have it painted).
If anyone is interested in the car I have pictures available.
Thanks,
Damien
