As mentioned in the previous newsletter, we are trying some new things for 2012, the first of which is our new forum rollout which you have read about and hopefully seen by now! Stay tuned for other new and exciting things as we continuously improve the club!
A lot of members are starting to use the new Members’ Rides section to show off their cars. Check it out. And maybe you’ll show off rides!
The remaining 2012 meet schedule will be posted up in the next week or two, so keep your eyes open for that!
***MEMBER NEWS***
Our most important news is easily the arrival of baby Gemma! She was born February 10th to Dad Steve (nj85z28) and Mom Wendy. She weighed in at 8lbs 5.2 ounces and she is beautiful! Congratulations!

***CLUB MEETS AND SPECIAL EVENTS***
January Meet - Firkin Tavern
Despite the snowy weather and delayed start, we had a great turnout. A great buffet and afternoon of socializing was had by all. We even got to watch/help un-stuck a 2WD Chevy Pickup!
-->February 2012 Meet - Sunday Feb 19th, 2012 V17 in Maywood, NJ
For this month, we are heading north to Velocity 17 in Maywood, NJ for some high performance go kart action! The weather will be less than friendly to F-bodies, so Brian (Blackbirdws6) suggested this as a great alternative, so DON’T HESITATE TO LEAVE THE F-BODY AT HOME!
**When: Sunday February 19th 12:30 pm (track opens at 1 but we have to get there early!)

At the end of March we head back to a favorite place, the Chapterhouse Restaurant in Howell, NJ. They have a big lot where we can hang out and shoot the breeze, plus the food is always good. Come on out!
