Somehow I think its a crazy combination of the two. I was scared to wash the lt1 cars I had. And not just the motor Lol. Somehow or another with my luck water would get in the opti while I was washing the rear bumper lol

Good progress on the garage BTW grazi. Keep it up

Awsome thread. Are you gonna insulate? No insulation, a high ceiling and just open both doors in the summer time should be nice. I have a detached 32x24 with no insulation and use a salamander type heater in the winter with a thermostat. Works pretty good and I don't lose the space a stove would take up. That would leave you room for the air compressor and welder!

Oh jersey Michael, it's on my wish list, the buick is off to paint in a couple weeks and when I get it back I will be deciding if and what and when. How is the bird of fire coming along?

First start and first drive are complete. Body is stripped down to bare metal and waiting on my auto glass friend to remove glass before it gets towed to body shop where transformation shall begin.

Yes it's all insulated, since it's heated code says it has to be insulated. R30 ceilings and r-15 walls. Heat stays in nice in this cold weather. Nothing like being in a t shirt when it's 10 out.
