The nerve of some people....

I was bringing my roommate back from the hospital last night at midnight(he impact fractured his thumb), and I was driving down a 4 lane road doing the speed limit for a change when a silver late 90's mercury cougar passes me in the right lane. I noticed a sticker on one of the side windows and thought nothing of it until the passenger decides to stick his hand out the window and waved bye-bye to me. I said, Oh hell no. Opened the cut-out and blew by him at mach 1 putting a cruiseship between me and him. I don't understand why he thinks that car was fast or something. He kept trying to pass me, but there was too much traffic. I was going 49 in a 50 after that just waiting for him to try to pass me. You all know I wouldn't have let that happen LOL.

I don't know about people sometimes.

Id love to hear your car in action, and just drop the cut-out with the hammer. Must be un-godly.

I think it was one of the last years they made it in the 90's. It had the newer body style.

You have no idea You should see/hear it after I pull out of a parking lot and nail it when I am straight. The car goes for about 20 feet, downshifts, spins the tires and gets sideways. A few of you saw that at the Hooters meet on rt. 1

The cougar's only had the option of the supercharged v-6 in 89 and 90, known as the cougar xr7. The xr7's made after 90 didn't have the supercharger. So why did he tried to race you? Ya got me. Maybe he was intoxicated!

you can make a cougar fast. sounds like one of the stock boys who only has mom's escort/taurus as reference, so he thinks it's fast.

You can say that, and I will run you, but I have this weird feeling that you are going to beat me.

Never sprayed my car, wouldnt know. Actually, never ran the new motor down a track either. For all I know it could go 14's. Absolutely nothing fancy or special about my motor its low-budget 100% and my cars a heavy ol' tank.
