There was a great turn out the last time we went up to Flemington and it gave some of the younger members from that area a chance to get out with us too. I say stick with it and only take it out of the rotation if there is a lack of locals or interest in general.

p.s. Start posting this up on other forums you guys visit and let them know that everyone is welcome to join in our antics. It would be nice to really take a restaurant over some time the way we have the Chili's on Rt1 in the past

For the record we do this every 2nd tuesday, not something we plan off the cuff.

Mike is not picking on you in particular so don;t take it personally, just the concept in general that he feels we got forced to go north when virtually no one comes to us, or in fact even comes when we are farther north, such as hi rib.

MMMmm ribs, we gotta go there again....

i do, i always say, "we live 10 minutes from 2 chillies, why drive up there?"

and then i say, if there's a restaurant up there that we don't have around here, its different.

but apparently i have more money to burn so i should burn it

we say chilies because we aren't from the area, if someone from the area steps in and suggests something good, then im sure we could make some arrangements, nothing is set in stone until we walk in the door
