Motor mount or trans mount

Well I noticed today that my engine lifts up more than normal when you give it gas. The trans also hits the underbody at the same time so im not sure if it is a engine mount or a trans mount. Any ideas of which 1?

if the engine is moving enough to hit stuff it is definately the motor mount. may as well replace motor and trans mounts with poly, lasts a lot longer and holds everything better.

later

Sounds like a motor mount but Change em all if there are alot of miles on them, if you don't mind a little more vibration get all Poly mounts. Definately get a poly tranny mount, but the motor mounts will make the car vibrate more.

I've had that happen (used to have a 91 GTA myself) and every time it was the tranny mount.
