New Rushforth Trooper Wheels on a 68 Camaro

Here's a few pic's of my 68 with a set of the new Rushforth Troopers. These have the new black diamond centers and polished lips. I'd like to thank Jon & Justin at Driverz Inc. for all their help in getting these wheels and tires sized correctly for my car and putting up with all my questions! Let me know what you guys think of them.

Look at that, someone on this site buying wheels not made in China and that cost more than $99 each! W00t! We met Jason R at Sema, what a nice guy.

I guess that I could always have them powder coated black. Would you like them better then?

What's the deal with the titanium fasteners. Is this an option that I wasn't told about??

to be completely honest, its just not doin it for me. i like how the chrome lip goes with the chrome molding but the black face just doesn't fit IMO

This is a tough decision Mark, I really like these, but to be honest I think I might like your other wheels better

These look better on a 1st gen yeah, but should be all chrome.

I like the black ones, but not on the 68. The classic lines of the 1st gen clash with the "busy" feeling in the wheels with all the studs, black and chrome, etc.

For a newer style wheel on a classic car I think they look very good.

I'm still partial to some plain old silver rallys on a car like that though.

I like them but all the chrome hardware looks a little busy. Maybe they look better in person.

Your right on Chris...I plan on painting the chrome hardware black and adding black lug nuts so I can get rid of that "Bling" look! They do look better in person, which I'm sure you'll get to do soon enough!!

Yes, I still have the VWW V40's. I can always slap them on if I want that classic look and use the Rushforths for the pro-touring look!!
