nj front tag ?

ok well im tired of looking at the tag on the grille that i have. and wanted to find out from some of the members on here that are officers if i would get alot of **** for having my tag mounted on the lower valance.

i mounted my old monte carlo tag just to get an idea.

i know the law states cant block any lettering or cover the tag. i didnt see anything saying it had to be mounted on the front bumper.(just says front and rear of car)

there's more than just "the front", there are visibility and height restrictions

Don't feel the need to impress random people driving around. i would rather have the plate visable, then take the ticket. Thats just me though.

This has been asked a lot(I've even posted this topic). If you don't want to keep it where it is, don't run one at all. I just keep it in the back seat in an emergency. Also might wanna check into the LE plates...they've kept me out of trouble.

I believe the height restriction is in the ballpark of 12"-18" off the ground.

I wish they would just drop front plates. They serve no purpose and they cost more to make. And since cops are already pulling me over for made up reasons, Id appreciate at least one freebie ya kno?

Really? You thought that plate under the car would be ok? Really? This is a joke, right?
