Exclamation funny shifting

so lately my trany has been shifting funny. when i open it up on the highway at wot it goes thru first fine but then it feels like it shifts in and out of 2nd 2-3 times before staying in 2nd. and it didit randomly. but then relized if the car shifts at about 5500rpm- 5700rpm it shifts fine but only Shifts funny above 5700rpm. i thought maybe the silonoid was sticking so i changed the fluid and filter and added a bottle of lucis. but it still does the same thing. it shifts fine driving around town. i had my shift points changed by bill but i dont think that is the problem? i dont know what it is. i just hope its not time for a new trans.

Lower the shift point or raise the rev limiter
