Trans go shift kit question

How many of you have installed one? I know UBG did, and he said he FUGGED it up.. I mainly need confidence in drilling the holes, where can i get the .110 and .157 drill bits? is that the actual size? or something, I dont know any thing about drills or drill bit, but I thought they where like 1/8 and in that kind of a size...

matt, 1/8 is a fraction.. equal to .125 & the like, you'll probably have to convert back & forth
