trans flush or drop pan

well im taking the bronco on the haul to sc the end of the month and i figured i would see what you guys think would be better. im doing alot of stuff to it tomorrow. but would it be better to have the trans fluid flushed or just do a filter change?

truck has 177k according to the log from the previous owner the filter was changed at 157k

was actually thinking of having the filter changed and having it fushed to get all the old fluid out
