Gotta love NJ inspection

For the life of me I don't know why there were 20 friggin cars in line to get inspected at 2:00 pm on a Thursday, but worth the wait. Present paperwork, plug it in, new sticker on window, thank you and good bye!

It's scary. As long as the computer says you're not killing the polar bears you're good...meanwhile you could have no brakes, cords showing in the tires and a crack in your windshield the size of the Grand Canyon and all is well....absolutely scary.

Commercially plated vehicles are annual inspection which includes a safety check.

I just helped my buddy get his classic 96 Ford Escort through inspection. Lol. Was throwing a code for the evap solenoid. So a 16 buck holla at Rock Auto and now he has a fresh shiny inspection sticker.

They were doing brake inspections on personal vehicles, so my statement stands, it was strange that they were doing brake inspections on new vehicles

My statement stands as well, cool!

Strange but it wouldn't have anything to do with a state inspection for a passenger plated vehicle. Maybe they were omnibus?
