A/C System

Hey all, i just finished installing my new a/c compressor and completeing my whole system. i jsut got back from a shop that filled it, and they said it's not circulating. i didint get high/low end preassure reading just yet, but i was told theres a filter. anyone know where this filter is or any ideas whats going on? the compressor DOES kick on, and the clutch does kick on too, it has 4oz oil, and 2lbs freon, but atm its empty as the place emptied it becaues it wont circulate.?

You should change the receiver/drier too.

you should replace the dryer as well as flushing the whole system.. But if you had a clog your high side would be ultra high and your low side would be close to 0.. maybe you got a bad compressor.
