be honest, stay on the White Horse Pike stripe near Absecon, that's your best bet since all the casino's are hurting from the pennsylvania casino's opening up, and it's out of season time. do you have any comp at a casino?

Some of the Absecon hotels are like 45- even some as low as 35!

If he's really going to tie one on he might not want to drive.

Gotta pay to play, if he wants to drink, either get a hotel on pacific ave.....mind the herpes, or group pay for a room, or get an absecon hotel if your looking to save some money.

And this is why Atlantic City will become a pile of dog **** in years to come. With the opening of casino's and tables in neighboring state, a large chunk of our customers are gone, and what does Atlantic City have to offer for them, extremely high rated rooms, and ****** casino's. Now's time to jump ship for anyone who relys on their income, or their community on the Casino's.

The 45 minute drive to the Sands in PA (for me and others from my area) is much easier to do in a night vs the haul to AC. When the hotels open in Easton/Bethlehem and the table games open in Philly AC will have a lot of trouble.

Claridge casino, and resorts, as well as Showboat have cheaper rooms. Also the Flagship Condos have cheaper rooms..

I heart the Sugar house and Sands is really nice, the only downside is they dont offer free drinks on the gaming floor, and buying them is hella expensive, but I think the options out weigh one another. You also have to factor in all the tolls, paying for parking and what not for A.C.

Theres just something about being in AC that to me makes it better. I guess it the Ocean and being down the shore.I live 10 mins to the Sugarhouse but will more then likely never go because I would rather go to AC. Thats just me.

ac is a ********, its been going down for quite some time. i stayed off the strip and there was a free van to and from a few hotels. it was worth the savings over what you are paying.

Anyay, did you try looking at the hotels closer to the casios that are past the Home Depot. you may need to call a cab, but saves some fare when its half the distance to the casino's. Im nt talkign abotuthe crappy motes, tu I think theres a holiday inn or something there.
