Looks great. Definitely make sure you get to enjoy it. Will the car see the track?

The car will see the drag strip at Englishtown next year. I have a set of 10" MT slicks for it. I am expecting very inconsistent times because of the transmission. The car also has a Mcleod RXT dual disc clutch which is also not the best for drag as it hits too hard. It dynoed at 772 hp/ 705 ft lbs torque at the flywheel with pump gas and 14 lbs boost, but the roots blowers have too much torque right off idle and it is hard not to blow off the tires. The car is 3,920 lbs with me in it and probably has potential 10.6's at 128mph in her, but I will be happy with about 10.8's and 126 mph with an easy launch.

128mph traps??
You are selling yourself short unless you shift it at like 5k rpm.
Gorgeous car though

I'm sure its quite the handful but nice to see it will see the strip. That kind of power is fun on the street but can get you in trouble very quickly. I also think it will do better than 128 in the 1/4.

Wasn't me in Canberry.. the car has had a blower since 2004.
The car has more potential if I focused the set up more optimal times, but the car is mostly intended for cruising. The previous blower engine I had in it was a handful for the first half of the track and this one probably much more so. I rebuilt the car with mostly NOS parts and the car is too nice to attempt too many hard launches
