Did it come out perfect? absolutely not. But its going to be tucked under a cowl and in the hood so im okay with it. the High fill primer worked, but it didnt completely eliminate the "grainy" surface of the manifold, so the tape lines arent perfect. but there good. If i was jersey mike, i would have sanded it till smooth and then done it, but im not.

Im pretty satisfied with it. It seems pretty strong so i dont think itll chip or flake, but well see. If it does ill strip it and buy a FAST

I'll do it for you! But be advised, custom paint makes a FAST look a *lot* like an LS6 intake with custom paint.

Update

Minor update:

Pushed the car up the street from my house to my garage so i can start doing some stuff.

This week ill get the 6 speed stuff(Pedals, master, console, ect) out of the car and throw the A4 pedals in while im there. Still looking for a A4 center console if anyone got.

Also, i like the look of LT1 tails over LS1 tails so i scored a set of nicely tinted LT1 tails from Adam with a hand off from BLS, threw those on.

I swapped out the berger for a satin black one i had from a past car. I want to preserve the NBM one. Also Kirk was nice enough to gift me a gloss black one, so ill be tossing that on shortly just to compare how i like Blue vs Gloss vs Satin.

Didnt really "Clean" the car, but i hosed off the dust and dirt. Really like this color, and it looks purple in certain light which is perfect

Besides the huge cut out front grill area for the intercooler of past, theres a lot of spider cracks and what not, so ill have my eyes peeled for a NBM front bumper for the right price. If not ill deal with it.

Pics !

I feel like I'm going to prefer the gloss black panel. NBM looks good. What's up with the chin spoiler?

It looks to be one of them stick on ez lips.

Im not sure how i like it. I like the look of the chin spoiler, but id rather it be something like the 6LE one. But due to budgeting and priorities, im going to keep it for now. maybe even redo it with the EZ lip so it looks better.

The big open grill just embraces the catfish moniker. Let me know when you are ready to cherry it properly.
