Interior reminds me of this from a MKIV Supra.

I can't even begin to think of a witty and humorous comment to express my distaste in the design of the rear.

I'll hold out judgement for now, under confidence that they're not going to take a step backwards. I'll need to see it in person before I can bash/praise it.

The more that I see, the more it makes me wonder if they'll ever get to make a C8, or if they'll cancel the Corvette due to poor sales. Sorry, once again, nothing original, nor striking that ushers in a new era, sans engine.

Have to see more of an illustration other than drawings...even a cad design will bring it together more..either good or bad. At this point its pencil shavings of the interior.

The interior looks like a 91-96 corvettes interior! I like the car up to the end of the doors then I hate it. Is that a small window behind the Doors? Like you said Blacdout I dont know if we will see a C8! I will be sticking with our C5. Hopefully the car doesnt look like the drawings. Please GM..

Based on the NJFBOA index, the C7 should be the best selling Corvette ever.

I totally love it. Different green house design and body design without changing the shape. The modern rear end looks like a supercar tail end, and I'm sure there will be some sort of crazy aero thing that helps it keep the rear down at high speeds.

I kinda dig the C4-esque interior too. Lots of LCD screens...

Yeah, because that has to be it. It has to be my "bias" and not my actual feelings towards the car.

Bias, feelings, whatever you want to call em, you ALWAYS side with us being dumb rednecks and GM being godly. Always.

I am anxious to see the car in real life, but, its not looking great so far.

To me, it doesn't represent a revolutionary step in design. Look at the C1 to C4 each one was ungodly different from the other, the C6 and C7 to me are different....but not unrecognizable from one another. I'll be having problems deciphering which generation at a glance, even a C5 from time to time catches me off guard if its a C5 or C6 from the rear. Lights may be different, and size may be as well, but overall design just seems recycled. And that early 90's Japanese sports car interior tells me how far behind they are.

I would say that C7 looks much different than C5 or C6. Greenhouse, front fenders, and the rear are all much different than previous generations. The exterior is an evolution, and that is what you do when you have a winning design. find me 1 sports car that doesn't evolve their design and reinvents the wheel every generation. this is probably the most have a heavily redesign Corvette in 20 years.

How can anyone make a judgment from what has been seen yet?

I cant make a decision till i see it in person but i am disappointed they are changing the taillights up. Been the same since 1961! I just hope it still looks like a "corvette". Its a shame they use appearances from different cars into it. The corvette used to stand out on its own plain and simple.
