Spray and Pray?

so as some of you guys may or may not know, ive had a nitrous kit sitting around for my car. i had a genral EFI kit from my mustang, but i elected to go with something more "hidden" i got the TNT halo kit from a local kid. I got major componants of the kit. but its a dry kit. i was wondering if i can convert it to the wet kit and still use the halo bar?

and also i was wondering about the basics? im trying to keep it hidden as possible, so i really dont want the switch on the TB, so what are some other options for activation?

also tuning? im only going to be spraying 75 dry(id like to kick it up more if i go wet) on that small of a shot what preperations are needed to run it safe?

any other helpful info would be much appriciated

I would stick with using it as a dry system as converting it to a wet kit likely won't work well. The halo is not meant to flow fuel so again, I would keep it dry. As for activation, you can go with an electronic system which references the tps. The nitrous solenoid can be hidden and so can the nitrous line. I would consider larger injectors and colder plugs depending on what you have in the car now. Tuning should be easy for a 75 shot.

You CAN convert but not sure if I would unless there was reputable info. I would talk to your tuner if you have a guy and ask about the injectors. TR6 plugs have served me well in the past.

what year is your car? I have an 00' which had the 26# injectors and I'm pushing 90% duty cycle with not even full bolt ons on the stock rev limiter. general rule of thumb is to not exceed 80% cycle so I would plan on upgrading them to be safe even if they're the 28# just because the last thing you'd want is to not have enough fuel on a dry kit

With a dry kit, I would suggest upping the injectors, tune and fuel pump.

Dry is fine to make power, just need to do it correctly.

FJO makes a nice progressive controller that references TPS and RPM so no need for a switch. I have one and it works nice.

IDK whats done to your car but I'm at 93% dc on my stock injectors so I'd suggest starting with a wet kit, colder plugs, and pull some timing then read the plugs and go from there.

Nitrous can be dangerous, you should have a shop set you up for optimal performance I have read.

BR6EF plugs or BR7EF depend on how big you go with the shot. The TR6 is for NA applications. If you don't know how to you may want to research how to read your plugs to get your n2o tune spot on.
