That time of year again

Same thread gets posted everytime it comes around, despite how much it has fallen off and filled with junk, but is anyone going to be at the swap meet at Etown this weekend ?

I'll be there as a buyer. Not even worth trying to set up a spot

I will be there Sat. with my S10, it will be in the show field with the 4X4 trucks. I just changed the hood to a cowl induction but I did not have time to get it painted.

This event turned into a junkfest over 10 years ago - did one event as a vendor in 2014, results were poor. About the only thing one can expect is sunburn.

But if you are in the market for old pedal bikes, candles, kids toys, or other things - go for it. LOL

I was there selling yesterday and if the rain holds off, the rest of the weekend too. lots of buyers Friday and they snapped up a lot of my 69 Camaro parts. They said I was maybe 1 on 3 people selling used Camaro parts, so I had repeat customers But they cleaned me out of the good parts!

The sign said the vendor spots were sold out, but there was still empty spots yesterday. That must mean more vendors coming Saturday.

I thought it was funny that vendors were taking pics of what they had for sale and posting FB sell sites.

Everyone knows it's a junk swap meet and has been for years. Going ,walking around and still looking for a deal is still the draw. You do never know what you may find there.

It is worth it, if you have the correct stuff. Friday was killer for me $$$$, Sat not so much $$$, sunday, I made $30.

On Friday, buyers said I was the one of only 2 or 3 vendors selling used 69 Camaro parts

If you have what everyone else is selling, then it is tougher. Like I saw so many people selling used ramps. I sold my pair (scrounged from garbage) for $5
