LS1 TPS/IAC Adjustment

Whats needed to do to make sure what the TPS is at is where the tune needs it to be?

IE, does the PCM/tune want to see a certain voltage at 0% TPS and 100% TPS?

These cars I believe is around 0.5 at 0% and 4.7ish at 100%

I played around with grinding the throttle body stop to get true 100% throttle

I don't think it seeks an absolute value though, it knows a base and then references from that to know the %

TPS is not adjustable, just set the blade and perform the re-learn. The factory stop is adjustable on an LS1 TB.

I am an OLSD tune, so I need the TPS to read exactly what the car was tuned for originally. At least I think so.

TPS won't affect SD, you're thinking Alpha N fueling which derives fueling from throttle position. Your fueling is based off of manifold pressure and rpm. TPS would just correlate to your IAC and idle performance.

Ok, so what do I set the blade to?

(plan is to grab HPT, and just watch the TPS%, then get it to read zero.)

You want your IAC counts around 40 at warm idle, then reset the TPS.
