315/35/17 Mickey Thompson ET Srteet??
Im planin for a new set of rims for the spring on my 2001 z28 thinking about goin with american racing torq thrust m Front: 17x9 with 275/40-17 and deciding if i should go with same out back or get the 17x10.5 44mm offset with 315/35-17 mickey thompson et streets out back...How are those rims and will the 315s fit out back?

Yes they will fit. You need to modify (grind) the bump stops for clearance.
You may ansl need an adjustable panhard rod. some times the rear isn't exactly centered and one wheel can be closer to the fender lip, an APHR will allow you to center the rear.

Just a heads up last I heard the MT ET Streets were on a lengthy backorder, but are otherwise a well recommended tire!
Its hit or miss on most cars, but sometimes it may require some BFH clearing on the inner fender well. And depending on if you want to lower your car in the future, I'd also suggest looking into having your fenders rolled.

Mine fit fine with the BFH mod.

I did the BFH mod with the addition of a sawz-all. The rims should fit without modifying the bumpstops, but whenever the suspension unloads, the wheels will drop and hit the bumpstops. Dangerous because the bumpstops could rip through the tire if you catch some air and the wheels drop.
