Did you try drilling the stud and seeing if you can weaken it enough to snap?

Well can you get heat to the stud from behind the wheel? May be a bit tricky...

If you put a lug wrench on the lug nut fully, and step down on the lug wrench, will it snap off the stud? I snapped off a stud once by pulling on the lug wrench accidentally one time. Unless they are the "mag" style lug nuts

Is it a drum brake setup?
Although some oil and a bunch of drill bits, starting with a small one and working up should to it.
I hope you did not hurt the wheel hammering it down.

i know i already said it but an air hammer with a chisel bit will do work. just take your time and take little pieces of the lug off at a time. do your best to protect the wheel. wear some eye protection.

Thanks a lot guys for everyones imput. The best way to do it was to just drill right down the center. Wheel came off in no time and now I have all new studs and everything :]
