cylinder missfire on a 2002 dodge

i have a 2002 dodge 3500 dump truck it has a 5.9 gas engine in it the truck has a miss in it the check engine light doesnt come on the whole pass side is out if you un plug all the pass side spark plug wires it still runs the same it has fuel and spark sometimes the a few cyl on the pass side work when the engine is hot can someone point me in the right direction i need the truck for work

So the truck runs with all 4 passenger side plug wires removed? What have you done / tried / tested so far?

compression test cyl 2,6,8 is 150 cyl 2 is 110 it has new plugs wires cap and rotor fuel pressure is good injector pulsates

the truck keeps getting worse changed the map,tuned the truck up plugs wires cap rotor o2 and still have the miss and hesitation
