Scratching my head on rear 98-02 brakes

I have everything hooked up, and just need to put on the brackets that hold the brake lines and parking brake lines, but I have LCA relocation brackets on there since I lowered my car. WTF do I do or what parts do I need to make this work. I'm burnt, tired, hungry, and I just want to pass inspection

cut the bracket in half so only 1 side bolts on, I don't know why they don't mention it in the relocation bracket installation instructions, seems kind of important. here's a pic of where to cut:
