Anyone know anything about boats?

My friend, me, and his dad, are restoring his '88 Baja Sport 280. Boat has heavy damage on one side, lots of fiberglass. needs upholstery done. we been scrubbing it and cleaning it all day, came a very long way so far.

heres another issue: one of the engines got stolen, and the one remaining is blown. They're dual racing 454's with a 180gal fuel tank. i have some pics below. if anyone knows anyone that might be able to tackle the fiber glass repair, let me know.

before:

now:

i'll get more up later, i have lots of closeups of the holes and a panel on the rear needs fiberglass repair.

we're looking if anyone can tackle the repair. its above the water line, so it might not be as big of an issue as it seems. we are looking for another engine complete with accessories.

Damn... before dropping another penny on that, get a GOOD surveyer or glass guy to make sure the core on that side is not rotted away... with a hole that big and time... may be not worth the money to repair.
