It is but it shouldnt be my obligation to pay for shipping on a recalled product. They can sent a tech to my door and fix it here for the price I paid for the damned thing

If you call tech support and *****, you can get them to not only pay for shipping, but instead of fixing your unit, they'll send you a new one. I had to go through it last month lol

Okay I am up, just gotta set up my gold account tomorrow since for some reason I dont know how to set up my one month free that comes with the 360. GT: bad64chevelle
Games: NBA06, NHL06, Madden07, Forza2, COD:2-3-4, and Dead Rising. Most of the time will be spent between Forza, and the COD's

Well I will be adding everyone in a few mins hope to see some more people on and it would be cool to get a forza race going between all of us. Looks like only a few of us have Halo 3 so not to much competition
