Mike when you do calipers they need to be taken apart to keep the seals from being damaged. Other than that there are no issues with them.

I have a couple questions regarding powder coating

1. I want a set of calipers powder coated for my wife's car. I'm using 3000GT VR4 4-piston calipers machined down to accept the thinner width of the MINI Cooper S rotor.

Not that she races the car, but may see once in a blue moon some auto-crossing, and the day to day aggressive women driving habits lol. How well does the powder coating stand up to the heat the calipers can absorb? and what would the price be for both sets of halves to be done in red?

2. I'm also trying to finish fabricating my wife's fog light L bracket assembly for her MINI.
What king of price am I looking at to get it done. It would be 2ft by 2ft max in length both ends, and I want it in black.
