Ebay sides with the buyer every time regardless of the situation. Im not saying you didnt deserve a refund for what the idiot did but you could have received a perfect transmission, accepted the package and went to town on the bell with a 20 lb sledge and they would have refunded you.

Well, i dont have the money JUST yet. LOL, The refund has been completed through paypal and shows it as completed there but then they say it can take up to 30 days for it to appear on my credit card/bank statement. (I had used a debit card) I was wondering why it hasn't posted to my bank account yet, so I just contacted them and found that out. I dont mind that much that it'll take a while as long as I know I'm getting it back.
