I used to run the look-a-likes that Vintage Wheelworks have. I put some 16x8 with 245/50 and 255/50 tires on my old 68. The car handled great and it looked like the wheels were 15".

Jeff: I do like the look of your wheels(Vintage Wheel),and was going in that direction until I saw a pic of the Torque thrust D now offered in chrome. Will have to see some in pics ,or in person before I decide.

Talk Musclecarjohn at nastyz into buying more wheels & taking a pic for you, LOL.

One of the wheel sites has a nice virtual wheel tool so you can see the wheels on a similar car, maybe newstalgia

Feather-light suspension, Konis just couldn't hold. I'm so glad I took a look inside your showroom doors.
