Place/person to weld in floor pan patch?

I'm looking for a shop, or individual, that can weld a patch in the floor pan of my dodge ram. The overall affected area is about 6"x24" at most. Right now there is a 1.5" round hole then about 12" back there is a 8"x4" oval hole. I will be making an oversized patch panel of 16Ga A366/1008 steel.

Here is a picture of the rust/rot. The cause was water leaking on the inside of the cab(now fixed) and the interior metal is the worst part, the bottom is really only affected where the holes rotted through. Also, the black coating is Rust-o-leum "rust reformer", not rubberized undercoating.

I may also choose to have the passenger side rocker replaced at the same time. if possible. That side was damaged by a concrete post and not rusted. I'd get a pre-fabbed patch panel for that side.

I could not get a definite answer on the gauge, after hours of online searching, it appeared that going 16 would be ok, since i am only doing a flat patch section, no need for bead rolling and perhaps easier to weld. the difference was 0.05"(18Ga) to 0.063"(16Ga). I did manage to find Chryslers certification specifications for their sheet metal and it was ASTM A366. Plus with how easily the ram trucks are prone to rusting, I figured going a little thicker couldn't hurt and being that its a flat peice mainly with no beads rolled in or other structure to support the shape, thicker would maybe give more strength. If 16Ga won't work, then I'll just buy a sheet of 18Ga as well and make the panel out of that. The 1'x3' sheet of 16Ga only cost me a total of 13 bucks w/free shipping.(the sites pop-up ad shipping discount of 5 bucks off is actually a error and gives you $50 off shipping, lol)

That would definitely work for me. I'll be in touch with you this weekend when I get over to my garage and go through interior parts.
