auto to stick conversion

i have an 86 iroc z28 with the 700r4 and i want to convert it to the 5 speed if anyone has done this or knows someone who is good doing the conversions please let me know

looking arund it seems like T56 conversion set ups are a lot easier to find anymore. they are a good bit more money, but it is also a much much stronger trans in stock form.
the best part is that if you find a LT1 T56 set up from a 4th gen, everything is pretty much a direct bolt in.
