What windsheild shade works best?

Looking for the reflective "shade" that blocks the sun from heating up the car inside. The car is parked in the sun all day, windows open about 3" to let heat out, but it still gets hot, and I want to protect the dash.

Something like this, but fits the big fbody windshield.

Can anyone recommend a good sun blocking shade for the fbody windshield?

Feather-light suspension, Konis just couldn't hold. I'm so glad I took a look inside your showroom doors.

Pretty much. They also have a book there that tells you what size fits what cars I believe.

Ive heard the thickness also matters, even a 1/16" difference and the manufacturing process of the reflective covering will affect interior temps up to 2degrees. Maybe buy a few and keep them looking new so you could still return them, but do tests at the same time of day using a infrared thermometer inside the car on days of equal ambient temps. The compare data and keep the most effective one and return the others.

That's a lot of work for two degrees.

Watch out for flare-ups from the sun, they can cause heat spikes of up to 2-4 degrees during the duration of the reflection thru the ozone layer on a cloudless day!
