Lt1 valve cover removal

Looking to buy a new set of chrome covers, is there a write up anywhere on how to go about removing them? Or anyone with experience can chime in thanks

Passenger side:

-disconnect the negative battery terminal.
-remove belt
-remove alternator
-remove valve cover (4 center bolts)

drivers side:

-if equipped with traction control, disconnect and loosen it, then move it out of the way
-remove valve cover (4 center bolts)

ninja note edit: aftermarket valve covers that aren't LT1 specific wont clear the alternator

They will if you use a Ford tool accordingly.
