out of state tags

I saw alot about the emissions checks in the other forum that I am on... I am keeping my outta state tags and just wondering if I am going to get **** by the DMV??

can't. you are only accountable for the emissions standards of the state your car is registered in. if it ain't jersey they can't bother you for anything that isn't covered by federal highway law and not specifically exempted by whatever state/county your car is registered in.

I've still yet to see roadside testing in south jersey...granted it's not like i'm there every day but still. I hope they don't pick up the pace with that if/when I move back.
