well when you're almost 30 MPH over the speed limit, of course the other cars are gonna seem that way.

I was written for 30 in a 25. That was rough.

You got a break. Go to court, talk to the prosecutor, get an unsafe, pay a lot of $ but get no points.

25 + speeding usually gets slapped along with RECKLESS, not careless. Reckless is 5 points and carries loss of license. Been there, done EXACTLY that, got all 3 tickets.

Eat the careless and be happy. Prosecutor is going to talk to the officer anyway and ask if he will allow the state to lower the fine, I doubt you'll be able to plea it more

Legally you really can't actually get a 1 MPH ticket, variance of the speedometer and whatnot. A warning was really douchey

Its an $80 ticket and 2 points, he did you a major favor. Pay the ticket and take then points, not worth the time to go to court. My insurance didnt go up over two points when I got my careless. The 2 points will go away in a year if you dont have any other points violations.

Major assumption lol. The force is weak with this one.

Dmv points go away, I'm not sure about "insurance points"

you live in nutely, avg speed on the parkway above say exit 130 is 70mph anything faster you have to be weaving which warrants a reason for a ticket. and there is tons of construction going on, lucky you werent in a construction zone. parkway south of that is different, its much more roomy and you can go faster still not making it any more legal.
