so what did you accomplish?

when winter set in someone made a post about "your winter plans" well guys are out racing already!! is your car ready? and what all did you do to it over the winter that was on your list? my plans were a new convertor, chute, wheelie bars. all i did was take my slicks off to keep warm and put some corvette rims and wheels on it. thats it!! no new convertor yet although thats simple enough to do and will be done soon. then the problem comes, my MPH will to high to get away without a chute anymore and it's not in the budget. although if i dig deep enough i could probally come up with it just so i can go race. i hope to be out in late april/may and forget the wheeliebars out of the question.

what did you do?

I didn't crash into anything, with either vehicle. I think that's a huge accomplishment.

Nothing to the Camaro due to school.
Truck got integrated Sirius, and a pick up bed cover.
Nothing major to either vehicle. Next winter though, its on like donkey kong.

Got the new rear suspension and 9" in, and the front subframe is 3/4s of the way out. Hope to have the new suspension and brakes done by mid April.

Car is not ready. I'm looking to get some parts next week, including that fuse box, then after that it's off to the Swap Meet, trade in some old parts for cash, get the last few items on my shopping list. We'll see how she's doing in a month - I should have the wiring fixed, figured out what else went, see how the old 650cfm's doing, and try finding that vacuum leak.

All in all, I did get alot done. Heads/cam swap, trans rebuild, and the new intake. I didn't get it tuned yet, so that's probably 150% off.

I just finished painting my wheels, Ill probably get the car painted next mth. and throw some clear corners on and maybe a front grill. Performance wise I picked up the louder exhaust last week. Next just a intake, P&P TB, and a dyno tune as soon as income tax gets here (If it ever does)
