Just spent the day at the DARE car show in Haddonfield and now I'm at work.....soooo tired

anybody know what the weather is like in tr? anybody live around there?

hey guys..... who knows the dude with the dark green might have been black lt1 firebird convertible that was in the wawa parking lot at 2 45 am last night..... he had some girl sitting on the back ledge with her feet in the car and she yelled out "HEREEEE IS THE FASSSSTTT CARRRRR" well just so happpens to be i was in the BLUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE 20th anni GTI that all the guys in the pickup truck yelled out "oooooooooo yellllllowww lights your yellow lights suck" to us.... well id just like to see if anyone knows the car???? if hes on here???? etc etc.... if he is... i got 3 of my ownnnn cars i will line up with that junk anytime anywhere for anyyyyyy amount of money.... hoods closed a piece run whatcha brung..... and my boys gti would run that car as well.... we will be down there tonight.....

Wow those guys sounded like jackasses. We were down there saturday night, but left at 12:20 am. I did see that car though and he revved at us twice. :rollseye: I guess he thought the 10 second car, the 11.1 second car, and the 2 possible high 12 sec cars were too slow for him LOL

I was out there last night with my car and another 3rd gen parked on the opposite side of the gas pumps.I'm usually there every saturday night sometime between 10 and 12.

speedmetal.... any idea who the green ta convertible is.... hes friends with the crew that fills the back of the pickup truck..... you see him tell him to get on this site so i can set something up.... or get his number and tell him the blue GTI with YELLOW LIGHTs passenger wants it to set a lil sumthin up with one of his cars....

we will be down there in a week or two for a little road trip.... my camaro...my friends cars that are coming are a 98 camaro,03 mach1, 06 cobalt ss, 95 camaro, 87 and 91 mustangs, 02 saleen convert, ctsv, and a few other cars.... all cars are on dr's few on the spray...2 turbo cars, and a procharged saleen.....

can we get races or do you guys that frequently go think it will be a waste of our time? whens the best night to come? anyone know the leader of the scene or the person with the big mouth cause id like to talk and set some races up....

Just don't go down there on a holiday weekend. I used to go down there on thursday nights all the time and the cops were minimal. It just all depends. Damn, you are bringing alot of cars down.

thats just the cars that are def. there will probably be alot more lol.... the night i got an invite down to the edison scene by the park i was told... then i told one of my friends from jersey city.... he told 2 people etc..... we were at a reststop on the tpike getting gas for about 40 cars probably all the cars from jersey city came the kids from staten island came lol... it was nuts we got down there and there was no cars except a grand national with a bigger turbo and a 94 cobra.... then the cops came.... some of the pics and races are on the race teams myspace page link in my sig...

thats why we wanna make sure there are cars down there.... we cant go cruise around in seaside with our cars... the cops just dont like them lol

I'll say somethin to him if I see him around.It sounds like he probably has a stock lt1 car and just thinks he has the fastest car around because he has no concept of what a fast car is.I also saw you said the car could have been black, I was wondering if it had a red interior because I saw a black lt1 convertible but it just sat there and I don't know where the owner was.

Nah I remember it being hunter green, even as dim lighted as it was out. little does he know his car is also the heaviest outta any 4th gen model due to additional bracing and the motors for the top, etc. so even if it was stock, and went against a stock car, expect him to still be slower lol

hmmmm when the 3.4 is back I wanna peice of this guy .... just because.....if I loose hell get ballsier and race one of u guys.....but if by some chance I won....O MAN I'd rip on this guy till he cried LOL

im 90% its hunter green..... ill race him with my 3900 pound camaro convertible.... for gods sake i got a "5.0 TPI H.O." motor in it...duhh they never made 350s in the converts in my body style... ill run him heads up closed hoods a piece.... he should not have anything to stip hehehehehheheheheheh....


i just want to race him for money cause the simple fact he was picking on my boys gas mileage car...... the gti would probably smoke him... his other car is a turbo cobalt and that would def. smoke him..... but the main reason is cause the dumb seagull sounding girl thinkks that piece of **** she was sitting in was fast.....

now dont get me wrong theres rumors of a couple killers down there... some "7 second street car" and some 8 second malibu thats a killa..... the seven sec car is supposed to be a camaro or a firebird second gen... or so i heard.... anyone know him... ORRR if the car even exists?....

I've seen that 2nd gen camaro you're talking about.It's all primer black and has a 4inch cowl and slicks in the back and tiny drag radials up front.The actual night of the toms river meet he was at the big wawa and a guy in a newer mustang gt convertible wanted to race and he just laughed at him and told him there's no point because the gt was a stock convertible and it was raining out.He's an older guy too probably in his 40's.I never got to see the car go yet but it sounds pretty mean.

I talked to that guy about that Camaro. it's a 79 (my fav 2nd gen year) is pretty well one up, has never gone down the track. he said for 3800 you could buy the car without the motor, and 8 with the motor.
