UPDATE:

started connecting the head unit harness to the factory harness. the factory harness has 2 extra wires coming from it, and the colors dont match up. the headunit has purple wires and the car has orange...so that also needs to be figured out. i plugged it in to just see if it has power and plug a speaker in just to see. ive come to this...

Both Door Speakers: Nothing
Back Seat Speakers: No sound, just bass i guess you can say. they thump, but no words.
Rear Hatch Speakers: Drive Side works as it should. Passenger side is nothing.

so obvi... and ideas?

well all were "plugged in" but i still dont know were the haXOrz befor me cut into the factory harness, so i think thats what i need to find and then patch that.

Could be blown out speakers unless they did previously work.
