I completely forgot about this. For some reason I thought it was in a couple of weeks.

The gray 67 is very fast, and the driver is excellent. He ran the fastest lap on the track Saturday. He is a certified NASA instructor and he is a very helpful guy

Here is is coming up on me like lightening, holy hat. He was not in my mirror a few seconds before this. I had to get the hell out of the way fast!

I'm really happy the way my car worked Saturday. Considering my tires & wheels, I did ok, and the car ran fantastic. I now know some basic weak spots to concentrate on before I do it again. I'm liking the front wheel camber change in this pic. It's going the right way :)

This car ran really good and all he has really done to it is better springs, shocks, pads & rotors.

This guy was setup for drag racing but ran the auto-x. Just to note the total differences in suspension needs of a drag car vs a street/track car.

Hopefully they will have this again next year. They have had low registration count the last two years. this is not limited to just old pro-touring cars, it's open to everyone

BonzoHansen 04-10-2012 09:02 AM

Jeff Schwartz's beater. this car was fast as hell too.

2nd half the day the the auto-x was converted to the "Start Stop Squared" competition.

This was so much fun. Once I finally got the hang of the end with the u-turn I ran a few pretty good runs. I had that 2010 beat but I made the sin of looking at him and I blew out the end of the box! Later as my tires got gooey I just tried to power through it all with hilarious results!

Anti_Rice_Guy 04-10-2012 09:08 AM

If I could run the vert I may do it next year. Always wanted to run on a course.

Friggin automatics.
