If you're looking at internal upgrades with the rebuild you're going to come a lot closer to that price, and you can sell your trans for around $2k, most likely, and put it toward the Magnum F.

T56s still go for stupid money. I remember when used LS T56s were around $1k, last I looked I couldn't find anything for less than $2500
You might not get $2k, but you should be able to get quite a bit for it |

Getting talked into a TR6060 instead of the Magnum F... Lol
|
A Magnum F is basically a TR6060 except its a direct fit to replace your current trans. There is basically no reason to go with a TR6060 over the Magnum F

Like literally buy Magnum F, ???, profit, FFS. You could swap the Magnum into your car in the time we've done the back and forth and you wouldn't be worrying about the current trans, LMFAO |

You have a stock replacement LS7 clutch and you're worried about carbon synchros
Stop with the feature creep and just slap the CC down, lol |
