Blackbirdws6 11-06-2012 07:49 AM

I'm sure this is likely the last thing on people's mind but if we have any people getting shaky on making the event due to the storm, please let me know. I am still good to go but if I need to try and fill spots from those that may need to drop out, I want some time to do that.

98tadriver 11-06-2012 08:28 AM

sweetbmxrider 11-06-2012 08:43 AM

Not entirely sure but they didn't seem to have an issue with people coming by last time. I'm sure they don't want a huge crowd but again, I doubt its an issue.

sweetbmxrider 11-08-2012 05:19 PM

It ain't worth the price of admission....and I'm pretty sure its free to watch

Maybe a small one.(2800ish) I've never been a big fan of high stall on a street car but I'm sure comverter science has come a long way since the last high stall I had!

i dont want to get too off topic but, youre correct. converters certainly have come a long way. i had a 3400 in the vette. drove like stock at part throttle and got me 1.49-1.5 60' times. Now i have a 4200 in it. Noticeably looser than the 3400 but still plenty streetable. and I've seen 1.40 60's with it :) alot of the LSX guys will go with anything from 3200-3800 normally.

talk to BTK about the one he's got in his SS. Very happy, very streetable. I forget exactly but around 2800. Got it form Josh.
