If you go to your setting, you can change it so only people with numbers on Facebook show up.
And anyone else see that torque app? There's a paid and free version. You buy a cheap 5 dollar Bluetooth plug and it turns your phone into a code reader and it shows you real time info on the ecm.

Posting from my Droid now.

Ok cool cool, that cleared up that mess.

Im not sure you can do it on BB, but I could link my FB friends with my BB contacts. The FB picture shows up when they call me.

They have had that for WM phones for a while, and I think iPhone's too.
I wonder if they have a performance app.
for iPhone it was called Dynolisious or something like that. BB had something else.

Watching all the vids on youtube about the new X...this thing is fast and sick. I cant wait to see this with the upcoming 2.2 software. Im 99% sure im gunna pull the trigger on this. Size doesnt bother me, I have big hands.

BigAls87Z28 07-08-2010 12:50 AM

Hey Vitals, here is a great picture, and with this it shows the phone is not THAT much bigger then the Storm.
I guess some people got thier X's a week early.

When can I fondle one in the store? the 17th?

Z28 Heritage 07-08-2010 06:12 PM

Its 9.9mm thin, a lot thinner then the Storm, but the top end is fat. Do a few searches on Youtube, there are a few very lengthy reviews and tests.
The 3 part one is fantastic. It sold me. Between the Moto Widgets, the Droid interface, the speed and the screen, plus the multimedia stuff...epic.

I look at it this way, now I dont have to get glasses cause this screen is HUUUUGE!!

BigRocsFirebird 07-08-2010 10:37 PM

ahh i forgot about this thread. even thought my phone hit the water and shut off i still got another within a couple hours. i took the old one within a minute of hitting the water it was in a sealed bag of rice. i let it sit for 3 days. it turned on and worked great but now it wont turn on. oh well i have a new droid now.

Yeah I know. It's the one thing holding me up from ordering one. I can't find any in America.

BigAls87Z28 07-21-2010 09:55 PM

Yeah...crazy stuff. Cant find a simple bluetooth OBD2 adapter made in America. Shesh.
It would probably cost 20x as much though.
