Suggestions for a very good tuner?

My S10 is the blasted OBD 1.5. From what i found out though I have the OBD2 plug, and the OBD2 Computer, but with OBD1 software. Does anyone know of a tuner that is capable of basically rewriting the computer to run on obd2 software?
