Rear of car clunking when turning

I've had this issue for awhile now, when I make a turn or sometimes go over a bump in the road, I hear this clunk noise. Seems to be coming from the rear passenger side. I have the car sitting level on cinder blocks, so I can get a look underneath. I have viking coil overs on the car, and I noticed the front side of the shocks are rubbing on the springs, both DS and PS. I can visible see rubbing marks on the shock body. My car has a strange rear, adjustable pan hard, adjustable control arms, and adjustable torque arm.

Is your torque arm bracket at rear hitting tunnel?

I'll have to check that out today.

Torque arm bracket had plenty of clearance. I tightened the bolts holding the lower control arms to the chassis, and noise seems to have gone away.
