Not recently.

Still winning. Well, not really.

Insurance points last 3 years.

Be careful with pleading tickets down to unsafe driving. Although they are zero points by themselves, the 4th one you get is worth 4 points. Ask me how I know!

Unfortunately for me, nobody told me.

I thought you could only plead that once every two years or something? Maybe you should drive a bit more careful

Ancient history. This happened 10 years ago.

Waiting on a court date still ughh

redsoxsstink 11-25-2012 11:32 PM

does it or does it not ALWAYS say the court date on the back of the ticket?

sweetbmxrider 11-26-2012 06:53 AM

That's the pay by date. You have to call the court to have your name put on the court calender and they mail you a new date.

rickyd13 11-26-2012 07:58 AM

Its comes in the mail? I dont get a call back

Yea will be an official looking piece of paper, pepper your angus.

sweetbmxrider 11-26-2012 08:22 AM

Well, you are special so you may just receive special treatment. The municipalities don't have much going on so I would imagine they will call you at your leisure.

Exactly. I usually got a response on the phone though as to what the court date would be though, not by mail.

rickyd13 11-26-2012 12:16 PM

This is so annoying how long should it take for the letter

If you want to go to court you need to call them to put your name on the docket for a specific day, they aren't going to send any letter. When people just show up on the day the ticket says, those people have to wait until all the other cases have been called.

JUST CALL

Jersey Mike 11-26-2012 04:26 PM

Keep calling the number on the ticket during regular business hours. Leave a message with your contact information and that you'd like to enter a Not Guilty plea & arrange a court date. Make sure to leave your contact info; They don't have CallerID Missed Calls.

Once you set that date up with the clerk, you'll get a notice in the mail within a couple of business days, as well as a half-dozen letters from local law offices looking to represent you. Keep an eye on the mail for all of those.

LTb1ow 11-26-2012 04:35 PM

If they haven't called you it means they prob forgot, just ignore it and you won't get a ticket

rickyd13 11-26-2012 05:02 PM

ill call again tomorrow
