Mixture Control Solenoid

I'm new to TBI's so I'm pretty clueless on this trouble code my car threw at me.

I just installed an open element (to give me a little push) and when I got home, it threw this SES light at me. In the book it says M/C Solenoid (Open or Ground), i thought the book was talking about Master Cylinder  Anywayz, ever since I installed it, its been making a clicking noise by the TB unit, about three clicks a second. Could it be this tiny sensor that's still attatched to the stock closed element where this one plug is inserted. Cuz right now the plug that belongs there is dangling. I'd figure I'd post it here before I do some searching on TGO. Thanks

taht clicking noise is just the injectors doing their job. no need to worry about it.
there shoudl have been an intake air temp sensor in the stock air cleaner, if it is a 2wire plug that is prolly where it is supposed to be. just grab the sensor out of the stock air cleaner and zip tie it some place up out of the way.
