strut mounts, am I retarded?
 

Ok, so I just broke my third upper right front strut mount in under six months. Am I retarded or something? Is this a known issue or could I be a moron and replacing them wrong somehow?

it sounds like the tower itself may be tweaked somehow. if you can consistantly break the insert then there has to be something misaligned in there.
if there is a local body shop that is cool in your area ask them to take a look at it. they shoudl have info on the reference points to square it off of.

haha, yea, mom always called me 'special' as I was climbing aboard the short bus :lol:

I dropped it off at my friends place tonight and he's going to look at it in the morning. Hopefully I'm just retarded and nothing major is broken.
