automatic starter question
well my starter is on its way out (didnt even crank last night it was so cold and dead). i have a new one on the way that i will be putting in myself, but my car has the automatic starter built into it. i was wondering if theres any wires or anything that go to the starter that i have to worry about when changing it. any tips or info would be great, thanks.

Just disconnect the battery before you pull the starter, and you'll be fine. Make sure you put the wires on in the same place you took them off and she'll start right up.

ive installed a remote start once, never again, and all the wiring went under the dash and tapped into other wires, nothing ran to the starter itself.
i never had a problem with the starter in the stang and i was told it was new when i bought it lol, then again i didnt no it had remote start either lol |
