radio wont turn on

95 formula. stock radio. will not turn on at all. also my interior lights will not turn on. is it as fuse? where are they located? any help would be appreciated.

fuse should be in the interior fuse box, not sure which one, but it should be located on the drivers side of the dash when you open the door. thats where it is on a camaro, should be there on a bird too
